Calley Crews, M.A., LPC

Calley’s training in counseling began at John Brown University where in 2003 she earned a B.S. in Youth Ministry. She spent several summers working with adolescents in a therapeutic wilderness setting before settling into full time Youth Ministry where she gained experience working with adolescents and their families. Walking with adolescents and families through life’s hurts encouraged her to pursue a full time career in counseling. Soon her life-long dream of moving to Colorado came true when she was able to move to Denver and earn a Master’s of Arts in Community Counseling from Denver Seminary in 2010.

She is trained in the areas of trauma and abuse, grief and loss, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and experiential therapies such as 4 Gateways and creative journaling. Her experience includes adolescent (ages 12-19), adult, and family therapy ranging from everyday hurts and hang-ups to addiction and major mental illness. As a therapist, her goal is to provide hope, support, and effective tools to face life’s challenges in working towards wholeness and healing.

When she’s not working she loves experiencing all that Colorado has to offer: skiing, hiking, camping, and riding her bike are some of her favorites.  She is a seasoned traveler and enjoys being with the people she loves.
